Crabs

As one of my personal projects i intend to incorporate an animated crab into a live action scene as a homage to my abandoned original film. I've begun to model my crab and he's looking pretty cool right now.

 

Here he is giving me the thumbs up i need to keep me going!

Don't worry, he may be a green crab but he won't be green like that forever, it's just so i can tell his bits apart :]

Monsters

So far i have been mainly working on modelling the girl character for Nikki's film.

There have been a few changes made to her outfit/face/hair but here are a few progress shots.

 

She looked a bit frightening so i spread her eyeballs a wee bit and i thing it's an improvement!

I thing we're having eyeball issues so once i see Nikki about that i'll be cracking on with getting it sorted and then UV Mapping. Think i may be doing the basic rig too.

THE PLAN!

Hey guys, i've started a brand new blog for a brand new year. FOURTH YEAR!

Anyway after a spot of illness and one mammoth brief rejiggle, 'If you need a friend' my proposed animated film has been put on the shelf.

This year i will be focussing on modelling millions of things and working through VFX shots for my showreel! And this blog will be the place i put all those things.
